# Port of curl 8.12.1

As an addition to the official port of the curl library, I took Goa out for a walk to port the current curl command-line tool. The curl binary is now available for x86\_64 in my depot and it’s also integrated in my unix\_shell runtime that you can install in Sculpt 24.10 from my depot index.

Today, I also published the curl api archive and a binary archive with the corresponding curl.lib.so.

You may have a look at the [corresponding Goa project](https://github.com/jschlatow/goa-projects/tree/master/ports/curl), if you want to use this as a blueprint for other ports.
