Phantom is a project to build a persistent OS using lots of virtualisation. According to their Wikipedia page they started building an version running on Genode.
The GitHub page for this Genode porting project has not been updated since September '23. But the main branch also looks pretty inactive. There is also another - Russian language - host.
Any gen on this project and its current state would be much appreciated. 
Spent a bit of time browsing them, and I do have to send a “hat tip” to that project. Even though time/energy is very sparse right now for me, too much so to spend some serious time digging, I can’t bring myself to just leave this topic untouched, lest they someday stumble on this forum and see it with no response and think no-one is interested, that would shuck. So here’s a hat tip.
If you need a specific page translated from Russian do give a shout, though I’m not sure I/we’ll do much better than auto-translate tools available these days.
